We’re hiring a Head Baker!
Job Responsibilities:
Help develop a delicious, diverse menu of bakery offerings
Direct the daily bake and local wholesale deliveries
Ensure consistency and quality of all baked goods
Help train and direct assistant bakers
Manage prep schedules and organize ingredients
Develop and adjust recipes and menu when necessary
Assist Bakery Manager with supply inventory and ordering
Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
As needed, help maintain front of house and support special orders
Maintain a professional, collaborative, and friendly attitude at all times
Perks:
$35/hour working 10-20 hours during the off-season & up to 40 hours in peak season

Preferred Skills:
Experience in a professional bakery kitchen
Solid experience with pastry, lamination, and bread
Experience creating prep and bake schedules
Excellent organization and communication skills and a flexible, solutions-oriented approach
