Sugar. Salt. Flour. Yeast. Baking is a mess of fine things—and out of this mess, we make something delicious.

In the old home of Holly B’s Bakery, we create cookies, cakes, brownies, scones, croissants, biscuits, cinnamon rolls, muffins, and other pastries—including Holly’s original almond butterhorns. We have savory options and several gluten-free treats, house-made granola and yogurt, granola bars, shortbread cookies, and everything you need for a picnic—cult-following peanut butter, lovely jams, olive oils, gorgeous French butter, salami, cheese. Occasional breads include 10-grain sourdough loaves, classic baguettes, English Muffins, and dinner rolls. In high summer, we offer a simple grab-and-go sandwich. We also have a sweet selection of gifts and locally-roasted coffee.

We bake with Edison and Trail Blazer flours from Cairnspring Mills in the Skagit Valley and Fortuna whole wheat flour from Lopez Island Grist.
